About the Senior Press Brake Operator role Requires: Proven experience with CNC press brake operation, ideally on well-known industry-standard machines. Salary estimate: Competitive remuneration in the range of AUD 75,000 to 90,000 annually. Location: Metropolitan Sydney area. Key responsibilities Set up and operate CNC press brake machinery to bend and form aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel components accurately. Interpret technical drawings, fabrication plans, and CAD documents to ensure specifications are met. Perform first-off inspections and conduct ongoing quality checks during production cycles. Adjust tooling and machine settings to accommodate various parts and materials. Work from engineering documentation and cut lists generated by design software. Cooperate closely with fabricators and welders to meet production deadlines. Maintain a tidy, organised, and compliant workspace adhering to health and safety requirements.
